Insurance Plans

Galloway Eye Care Professionals, Inc. accepts the following vision plans:

• VSP
• EyeMed
• Superior Vision
• Ohio Medicaid
• CareSource
• Molina

In addition, to vision insurance we also accept the following major medical plans:

• Anthem
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Aetna
• Cigna
• Medical Mutual of Ohio
• Medicare
• United Health Care

Many major medical plans will cover an eye exam once every year or two years, especially if you have a medical condition that requires you to have an eye exam, such as diabetes.  Please contact your health care pl;an if you have questions regarding coverage.

You should bring your current insurance card with you to all appointments.  Co-payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Discounts

A discount of 30% on Eyewear and Services is available to members of AARP and AAA - everyday, no coupon is necessary.  This discount cannot be combined with insurance plans and you need to let our staff know before ordering if you are a member of these groups.
