Scheduling an Appointment   

Our office is open every weekday except for Thursdays, and two Saturdays each month.  Late appointments and Saturday appointments are most in demand and book quickly, so please call a week or two in advance if you would like one of these time slots.

Our doctors are licenses and trained to treat eye emergencies including foriegn body removal, eye infections, etc. and we are a provider for Ohio Worker's Compensation.  UIf you have an eye emergency, please let our staff know when you are scheduling your appointment so you can be scheduled appropriately.  Every effort will be made to see an emergency patient on the same day.  We also have an on-call doctor 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, with the after hours number listerd on our answering machine.  Please note that if you call the doctor after hours and you do NOT have an eye emergency, you may be charged a fee for that call.

No Call/No Show Policy

It is very uinfortunate that we need to address this , but we sometimes have patients that call our office to schedule an appointment or several appointments for themselves or family members and then fail to keep the appointment.  When you are scheduling your appointment, please make it on a day and time that is convenient for you.  If you cannot keep the apppointment, you must contact us as soon as possible so another patient can take that time slot.  If you do not call to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a fee for taking that time slot.  This fee vaies between $10 and $25 depending on the demand of your appointment time, Saturday appointments being in highest demand.  We understand that schedules change and things come up, all we as this that you let us know uif you can't keep you appointment.  Any patient that repeatedly "no show" or calls and cancels appiontments will not be permitted to scheduled advance appointments and will be seen on a walk-ion basis only.  If you have questions about this policy, please speak with our office manager.
